How Does a Solicitation Get from Citizens to the Authority?
Online forms completed by a citizen are deposited on the forms server and may be used for further processing.
A distributed architecture provides a loose coupling of the forms system and the back office system via a SOAP interface. In this case, two transport directions are available:
- The forms system delivers data to the back office (push process)
- The back office takes data from the forms system (pull process)
Independent of the system used, an incoming can be created automatically in the Fabasoft eGov-Suite back office system. A process is initiated providing both the form data as well as attachments to the official in charge of the process. The incoming's data can be filled in with data from the form (e.g. addressee).
