ifs Italia has been founded in 1996 by ifs GmbH, an IT company based in Germany that offered IT systems to utility companies across Europe. In the year 2000, ifs Italia became a privately held Italian company. The origins and the international experience of ifs Italia have defined its business model: “Solution Provider for Utilities”.
ifs Italia, today, has focused its activities on two primary topics: Customer Relationship & Content Management and Energy Management (the latter covering Energy Consulting, Telemetering, Energy Data Management, Forecasting, Portfolio Optimization, Energy Trading and Risk Management).
