Electronic Forms

Today’s e-government: forms are provided via a public authority's web site in electronic form. If no adequate interface to the citizens is provided, the process continues in the following way: users download the form, print it, complete them and send them in the post to the public authority. If the public authority already uses an electronic file processing system, the incoming solicitation must be scanned and edited electronically. Thus, conversion of the solicitation is inevitable.

Conversion-free solicitation transmission

If solicitations can be processed using electronically methods only, the conversion requirements are eliminated saving lots of time. This aim can be achieved by providing an online service that makes electronic forms available to citizens.
