Delivery in Austria
Fabasoft XZS implements the ZUSE concept of "Stabsstelle IKT-Strategie des Bundes" and complies with the criteria necessary for electronic delivery. Fabasoft XZS enables the completion of electronic interactions without media disruptions; electronic deliveries may be dispatched to both citizens and legal representatives. Fabasoft XZS is installed as an additional product to Fabasoft eGov-Suite. After installation, Fabasoft eGov-Suite users can electronically dispatch and send settlements.
The ZUSE concept influences two areas of the back office process - the creation of the settlement the dispatch of clean copies to recipients.
When using the XML based settlement the final form signature is created with MOA-SS and displayed on the notification corresponding to the guidelines of the "Stabsstelle IKT-Strategie des Bundes".
Having a closer look at the influences of the ZUSE concept on the back office process, three main areas may be identified:
- the creation of settlements
- the generation of clean copies
- the dispatch of clean copies to natural and legal persons
