There are currently 300 live users of the system. In March 2006 a follow-on project was initiated which will see the Fabasoft eGov-Suite implemented as a cross authority standard solution for process handling in the subordinated areas of "Bundesministerium für Verkehr, Bau und Stadtentwicklung". In addition, an area-wide rollout at the Federal Railway Authority has been ordered.

The project goal was the implementation of an integrated document management and business process management system for plan processing as part of formal approval procedures within DB AG.

Fabasoft provided services in the areas of project management, customization, and configuration of our software products. Fabasoft also provided support and operations management services.

Further projects:

• On January 14th, 2004 the bid to implement the "EBA intranet" with Fabasoft eGov-Suite’s content management system was accepted. This project was finished in May 2004.
• At the beginning of 2004 a decision was made to use Fabasoft eGov-Forms as part of the "Electronic Building Clearance" project. Fabasoft has implemented a range of forms for the "Eisenbahn-Bundesamt".
• From March 2005 Fabasoft has advised and supported the "Eisenbahn-Bundesamt" in specifying enhancements to the system.The projects have been implemented using the Fabasoft project model considering the V model of the German federal administration.
