Version 7.0 of the Fabasoft Product Family Released to Production

The latest generation of the Fabasoft product family represents a key milestone in the continuing development of Fabasoft software products. Using the latest technologies from the Linux and Microsoft Windows environments means that the products are available on both platforms in accordance with our Strategy 100 – a robust and reliable infrastructure based on the Fabasoft Reference Architecture and featuring costs reductions through a Single Instance Content Store.

The following products are now available:

The Fabasoft eGov-Suite 7.0 enables much shorter turnaround times for processes and includes case status information provided over the phone at any time, transparency, traceability and reliability in administrative procedures. In addition to the Fabasoft eGov-Suite Fabasoft eGov-Forms 7.0 and Fabasoft eGov-VPS 7.0 are also now available.

Fabasoft Folio 2007 brings together business process management, enterprise content management and records management. The benefits of Fabasoft Folio for companies arise from the comprehensive and consistent availability of all types of content (documents, e-mails etc...), and the uniform, secure access to data, based on a role-based access right system. A high-performance Single Instance Content Store enables the central administration of your content so that it can be called up in the required form at any time. Fabasoft iArchive 2007 expands Fabasoft Folio and the Fabasoft eGov-Suite by adding the online archiving of objects, contents and versions. The data is written on inexpensive, revision-safe archive media in a way that ist transparent to the user. Fabasoft iArchive enables the single instance storage of content independently of the archive medium selected. Thanks to Fabasoft iArchive, it is possible to both increase the performance of the system while at the same time reducing costs.
