The Fabasoft AG annual general meeting was held on 24 June 2008 at the Courtyard by Marriot Hotel in Linz.
The members of the managing board provided a review of the most important events of the 2007/2008 fiscal year.Subsequently, the entire list of items on the agenda was discussed in detail.
Most of the resolution proposed werde acceped concordantly, the rest were accepted by a large majority.
