The Fabasoft AG annual general meeting was held on 27 June 2007 at the Courtyard by Marriot Hotel in Linz.
The members of the managing board provided a review of the most important events of the 2006/2007 fiscal year.Subsequently, the entire list of items on the agenda was discussed in detail.
All the resolutions proposed were accepted by a large majority.
