Our Offices
Fabasofts offices and workplaces are technically up-to-date and modern.
Our headquarter in Linz has high quality standards which are also applied to our local subsidiaries. Internal infrastructure helps us to implement this standards.
Our standard equipment are e.g. modern video conference systems with full HD plasmans. The decision for an new office is not only influenced by the possibility of technical adaptions on a high level but also by the location of the office. The actuel example is our office in Munich, in the Elisenhof, which is a business and office center in central Munich, near the main railway station.
Breakfast
The breakfast is a fix part for all employees since the founding days of Fabasoft. Employees meet outside their workgroups, speak about experiences or do some networking. In special cases Fabasoft presents the "Friday Morning Speech", important information is transported to the employees in all subsidiaries. Coffee and drinks are free of charge during the day.
Events
Events are an essential platform for intensive exchange of ideas and news with customers and people interested in Fabasoft. Successful events are based on professional appearance and high engagement of all the employees involved.
Some of the fixed dates are: Fabasoft teched, Fabasoft egovdays, Fabasoft What's New Briefing and trade shows in Austria and abroad.

Summit
Once a year, despite of stressful business and ongoing project work we come together to interact intensively with our colleagues. We elaborate ideas for new products in working groups or work on room for improvement in the organizational area. All employees are asked to bring into their ideas, beyond the borders of their functional area. Of course we don't forget the fun. We party and use this time for personal contact to our colleagues.
Beside the summit, dated in summer, we also organize fun-events such as skiing-tours or cart-trophies and we especially support the sportive colleagues in their attempt to show their fitness (city-marathons, decathlon and others).
The dress code is easily explained. Internally we don't have one. So you can probably meet us in jeans and t-shirt.
Business-outfit is obligatory when we meet clients or professionally represent Fabasoft at events. Within the company the employee's spirit is more important than his look. We also try to fulfill this when we meet our applicants. We don't expect them to wear business outfit then.
